Matt Powers, President

I am a seasoned sales and commercial operations leader with 20 years of progressive experience working with Fortune 100 organizations. The majority of my career has been focused on leading, building, and developing large sales teams with revenue up to $9 billion and managing more than 500 team members. Most recently, I led multiple enterprise areas including field sales, inside sales, sales operations, sales training, commercial strategy, and national accounts. As the Vice President of Sales at OptumRx / UnitedHealth Group, I helped grow the division’s revenue by 1,800% over 7+ years. The teams I led exceeded sales goals for 7 consecutive years and earned multiple president’s club awards. I have been invited to speak on topics including sales process, challenger selling, targeting, clinical management programs, data analytics, sales reporting, and customer loyalty research at sales conferences.
